New York office expands team with two new appointments

As business continues to grow, we are pleased to announce the appointment of David Rush and Megan Philbin as consultant coaches in our New York office.

Both will deliver the full suite of Templar products, in group and 1:1 training sessions, whilst leveraging their experience and relationships derived from senior and successful careers at leading global banks.

David Rush brings extensive expertise in risk management with a focus on reputation, compliance, strategic and enterprise risk governance having worked at Greenwich Associates, Bear Stearns, JPMorgan Chase and Bank of China.

With broad product and market knowledge, David also has experience in the training and development industry. He has a degree in Economics and Political Science from Bowdoin College.

Megan Philbin will take on her new position with over 15 years of experience on Wall Street as a corporate bond trader and has extensive experience in talent acquisition and corporate diversity initiatives.

Megan joined Lehman Brothers in 2001 and then Barclays after its acquisition of Lehman in October 2008. She built strong external institutional client relationships at domestic and international insurance companies, asset managers, and hedge funds.

Megan is the founder of a consulting platform focused on guiding women into financial services and is a 2015 inductee to the YWCA of New York City’s Academy of Women leaders.  She has a B.S. in Finance and a minor in English from McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.
