Manoj joined Templar in 2020 and brings diverse and strategic HR leadership experience of more than 25 years in engaging, influencing and advising senior business leaders and CEOs on shaping people strategies and driving organisational transformation related to structure, leadership, culture, conduct and values.
He has worked across Financial Services, FMCG and Automobile sectors in India and Hong Kong, initially as a learning and development specialist at Tata Motors and later as a Business Partner at Diageo and HSBC.
He extensively coached senior leaders on driving organizational transformation – both people and digital and has driven and facilitated several leadership and talent development interventions at HSBC. Manoj has significant expertise in building start-ups, high performing businesses, managing strategic build outs and disposals, driving digital transformation, building high performing teams and leadership capability to deliver sustainable business performance.
Manoj is focused on building our business and capability across Asia with specific focus on India and Hong Kong.
Manoj holds an MBA with specialisation in HR from XLRI, India’s premier business school and a Post Graduate Degree in Mathematics from Delhi University. He speaks both English and Hindi
