Michelle Margolin is the Business Manager of Templar’s North American team, based in NYC. Since joining the firm in October 2013, her role has expanded to include the oversight of all day-to-day operations as well as key financials. She plays a vital role in the development, staffing and execution of client programs and acts as a liaison between the Templar global offices. She is also the first point of call for clients on logistical issues.
Prior to joining Templar, Michelle led product logistics at a leading supplier of branded merchandise to a major global resorts company. Her responsibilities included planning, coordinating, and scheduling inventory to maximize working capital efficiency.
A proud veteran, Michelle served in the US Army for eight years as a logistical specialist. While on active duty as well as being a member of the Florida National Guard, she was responsible for all aspects of vehicle maintenance, including inventory control, and supporting the Brigade’s ordinance team.
Michelle’s experience with oversight, logistics, and implementation is invaluable to Templar and our clients. Her strategic and efficient approach results in winning programs, successful partnerships, and the continuous growth of client relationships.
