Harry joined Templar in 2010 from another leading City communications firm. He delivers best practice coaching, pitching and client communication programmes to leaders in the financial, accountancy, legal and corporate sectors. His clients include BNP Paribas, HSBC, ING, NBAD, Partners Capital and Value Retail. Over the years, he has raised the consistency and verbal impact of C-Suite teams in numerous trade sales and IPO’s. In 2015 he worked with the leadership team of a financial institution to significantly improve the quality of their IPO presentations, and with a banking EXCO at their annual Offsite. He routinely provides advice on competitive pitches and delivers coaching to senior leaders prior to investor day presentations and results announcements. He also runs the Templar Open Enrolment programme in London.
Prior to joining Templar, Harry served in the British Army as Chief Instructor at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and as the Commanding Officer of an Armoured Infantry Battalion (2 RGJ). He has a BA in History from Reading University and an MA in War Studies from Kings College London. In 1999 he was awarded an MBE for his services to peace-keeping in Bosnia.
