Johnny joined Templar in 2010 and as Director of Client Engagement he works closely with Templar’s key Financial Services clients. Johnny’s focus is on client needs analysis, design and consulting. He also manages global, flagship training programmes for our key accounts. He has been heavily involved in the design and execution of programmes with Templar’s clients in Private Equity, Asset Management, as well as in Banking and Markets.
Johnny is also a practitioner. He delivers coaching and training on communication and presentation skills, influence, and interview skills. As an executive coach he provides his clients the space to explore personal and professional challenges, reflect and create achievable forward actions.
He works across all levels from analyst new hire and post-grad MBA hire, up to and including senior management and Director level. He has taught the communication and sales classes at the London Business School as part of its MBA and EMBA Programme, in both London and Dubai.
Johnny obtained a BA Hons in Business and Management in 2008. His previous professional experience includes working as a Learning Business Partner at a blue-chip global insurer and working in New Zealand managing corporate client relationships for a global telecoms business. Prior to this he spent 4 years as an international trainer for a large UK listed company, covering operations in the UK and the Middle East.
He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.
