Megan joined Templar in 2018 with over 15 years of Wall Street experience as a corporate bond trader as well as extensive involvement in talent acquisition and corporate diversity efforts.
Megan began her career at Lehman Brothers in July 2001 and joined Barclays in October 2008.
An expert in credit markets with a focus on financials, Megan was a senior trader whose knowledge and network helped build strong external institutional client relationships at domestic and international insurance companies, asset managers, and hedge funds.
Megan developed a reputation as a top leader on the business side for identifying, attracting, growing, and retaining talent. Her experience managing campus strategies and intern programs, conducting interviews, and collaborating with partners in HR was integral to the firm’s overall success in the competitive campus hiring landscape.
Over the years Megan was also responsible for creating, planning, and hosting many client and colleague-focused diversity initiatives. She takes particular pride in her time spent mentoring young women and cultivating their interest in trading roles.
Megan graduated from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University with a B.S. in Finance and a minor in English.
