Templar Advisors is pleased to announce the appointment of Carolina Perez Sanz to the New York office. As well as delivering the regular suite of Templar products, Carolina’s role will be to spearhead the development of Templar’s Female Leadership and Communications Practice, which she’ll be co-delivering with Molly Falconer de Ramel.
North America director, Charles Garnett, said: “Carolina is joining us at an important time, where we aim to strengthen the work we do, especially that of female leadership. Carolina brings outstanding and relevant language capability, being fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese.”
Most recently, Carolina taught public speaking as an adjunct professor at the City University of New York. She brings a PhD in Linguistics, and a Master’s in Public Relations and Corporate Communications, for which her thesis explored the topic of “Female Leadership”. Carolina is originally from Madrid, where she ran her own communications training business for 13 years.
On her appointment, Carolina said: “I look forward to helping more women fully realise their leadership potential and furthering the great work that Templar already do of placing personal communication at the center of business success.”
