The Directors and all the teams at Templar Advisors are deeply saddened by the untimely death of their cherished friend and colleague Patrick McKenna. Patrick died on Sunday, 15th November following a protracted and courageous battle with motor neurone disease (ALS).
We extend our deepest condolences to his wife Libby and children, Ann and Jack.
Charles Garnett, Partner, North America, said: “Patrick’s loss will be keenly felt. He was a dedicated and outstanding Templar consultant whose intellectual rigor, wit and compassion shone throughout his coaching. He was widely respected by his colleagues and clients.”
Patrick’s family have set up a page for remembrances.
Patrick felt that the various strands of his career arc came together during his time at Templar. He details this in his book A Few Things Before I Go, written after he received the devastating diagnosis of the disease which took his life. Dedicated to his children, both at the thresholds of their adult lives, it is both a touching memoir and a practical guide to effective communication.
A Few Things Before I Go is available on Amazon.
