Kirsty Reynolds joined Templar Advisors as a consultant in 2016. She works with a broad range of clients across financial and professional services, coaching individuals and teams on their communication needs, from presenting with impact to negotiation. She is the lead on Templar’s Women’s Development Series in Europe, where she works with female executives on a 1:1 or group training basis. She also teaches Communication as part of the MBA programme at London Business School.
Kirsty is an accredited executive coach. Her coaching combines her supportive, reflective style with a strongly results-focused approach. Through challenging and encouraging clients to define and own their own coaching outcomes, Kirsty helps them to reach greater levels of professional performance and well-being. Her particular area of interest is enabling growth through change, working pragmatically with clients at inflection points in their professional or personal lives.
Before joining Templar, Kirsty worked at Citi, UBS and Deutsche Bank, in both London and Paris, in credit sales and leveraged debt capital markets. She therefore has first-hand experience of the value of building trusted client relationships, as well as the challenges associated with communicating in pressured situations.
This experience across the banking spectrum and her in-depth knowledge of financial services make Kirsty a first-class partner for clients in the industry. Kirsty studied languages at Oxford University and also spent a year at Pavia University in Italy. She speaks English, French and Italian.
