Lidia Arshavsky is a certified executive coach, cross-cultural communication expert, and Conversational Intelligence (C-IQ) practitioner. She has coached and trained thousands of professionals in tech, consulting, professional services, and other sectors, including at Google, Siemens, L’Oreal, and Delta Airlines.
Lidia has held internal roles within FinTech, HR Tech, and L&D companies, partnering with CROs and Heads of Sales to enable Sales, Go To Market, and other client-facing professionals. She has designed and overseen deployment of programs for coaching, live training, gamified microlearning, and asynchronous learning programs for communication, sales, and leadership skills.
Lidia speaks regularly at multiple industry conferences, including those hosted by the Revenue Enablement Society, Sales Enablement Collective, and Association for Talent Development (ATD).
Lidia holds a Master’s in Communication from American University (Washington DC), a Certification in Executive Coaching from Columbia University (where she conducted research on coaching for French leaders managing teams in the U.S.), and is a Fulbright Teaching Fellowship recipient. Lidia has delivered training and workshops in English, Russian and French, and has coached executives across 3 continents.
