Lidia Arshavsky is a certified executive coach and cross-cultural communication expert. Since 2015, she has trained thousands of professionals across sectors including financial services, technology, consulting and professional services. Her clients include Visa, JP Morgan, BlackRock, and Morgan Stanley.
Previously, Lidia held internal roles in fintech (at Riskified, a publicly traded software firm) and at Leapsome, an international HR Tech company. She also held a senior position at a leading global training and coaching company.
Lidia holds a Master’s in Communication from American University (Washington DC) and a Certification in Executive Coaching from Columbia University (where she conducted research on coaching for French leaders managing teams in the U.S.). She is an accredited Conversational Intelligence (R) (C-IQ) practitioner, and the recipient of a Fulbright Teaching Fellowship.
Lidia has delivered training and workshops in English, Russian and French, and has coached executives across three continents.
