By exploring underlying behavioural patterns, understanding the organizational context, and defining clear goals, Lars enables clients to chart a path forward while addressing obstacles and unlocking opportunities for growth.
Passionate about all aspects of communication, Lars advises banking teams, consultants, and law firms on client and prospect pitches, supports asset management firms and alternative investment managers with fund-raising communications, and helps global professionals refine their sales interactions. He has worked closely with senior leadership teams, including CEOs and CFOs, as part of trade sales and IPO processes.
As a guest lecturer at the London Business School, Lars shared his expertise with future leaders. Fluent in both German and English, he coaches an international clientele in both languages.
Prior to his career in communication coaching, Lars spent 15 years in Investment Banking and Private Wealth, working with Deutsche Bank, Merrill Lynch, and Flemings in Frankfurt, London, and Singapore. His deep understanding of the financial and corporate sectors continues to support his work with clients.
