Lars works as a communication consultant and facilitator with executives and top teams. For more than 11 years he has coached senior professionals from Blue Chip companies in Europe, the USA and Asia on their critical communication needs.
Lars advises banking teams, consultants and law firms on their client and prospect pitches; Asset Management houses and alternative investment managers on their fund-raising communications and he works with global professionals on their sales communication with clients.
He has coached a number of management teams including CEOs and CFOs as part of Trade Sales and IPOs and he lectures at the London Business School.
Prior to joining the communications arena, he worked for 15 years in Investment Banking and Private Wealth for Deutsche Bank, Merrill Lynch and Flemings in their offices in Frankfurt, London and Singapore.
