Natasha Kennedy brings over a decade of experience in global financial services to her work at Templar, spanning senior roles across both the buy and sell side. She began her career at Barclays Investment Bank, where she served as a Vice President in leveraged finance sales, advising institutional clients from traditional asset managers to hedge funds across both public and private credit markets
She later joined First Trust Advisors as a Client Portfolio Manager, where she led business development and investor relations for the firm’s multi-billion corporate credit franchise. In this role, Natasha worked closely with both institutional clients and financial advisors, frequently presenting to large audiences on portfolio positioning, market dynamics, and client communication.
Natasha holds a BA from Georgetown University in English and Psychology, and an MBA from Columbia University. She also holds a Master’s degree in Counseling and Mental Health from Northwestern University, bringing an added dimension of behavioral insight to leadership development, decision-making, and professional communication.
