Nick is an experienced executive coach with a 15-year career in forging successful commercial partnerships in the not-for-profit and financial services sectors. He is an expert in critical communication skills, new business pitching and negotiation strategies.
Before joining Templar, Nick worked at the NSPCC where he developed partnerships – and delivered high-value campaigns – with institutions across the financial spectrum, including Morgan Stanley, KPMG, and The Bank of England. Nick has led several national appeal campaigns, as well as collaborating on the launch of a major film release – helping to take the charity to new audiences and securing millions in additional funding.
In addition to his development and partnership expertise, Nick also has a background as a senior executive search recruiter. He is adept at competency-based interview techniques and consultative selling.
Nick holds a master’s degree in International Relations and Conflict Studies from Kings College London. His training experience is underpinned by diplomas in leadership and project management. He is passionate about helping others to improve their results in sales and communication.
