Roisin is a credentialed executive coach and consultant with 18 years’ professional services experience. She has worked with major financial services and corporate clients across EMEA and APAC. Prior to Templar, she established coaching companies in the UK & Singapore and led a consulting practice at BDO LLP, working in over 30 countries. She currently serves on three public sector Boards.
Roisin typically works with clients from Director-level through to Executive team and Board-level. She has also delivered leadership development programmes for high potential team members. Roisin is committed to supporting women’s development and founded a professional women’s network during her consulting career.
Roisin has an MPhil in Development Studies from the University of Cambridge, an Executive MBA from Warwick Business School, and a BA(Hons) in English from Trinity College Dublin. She is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach with Institute for Executive Coaching & Leadership accreditation and is Hogan certified.
