Stuart started his career on Wall Street, spending 13 years at Salomon Smith Barney, Citi and ultimately Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. He managed global relationships with Fortune 500 corporate clients, advising them on Employee Stock Ownership Plans for their most senior executives. He combines this background with his experience as an award-winning content creator and performer. Stuart’s focus on clear expression, active listening, and audience impact drive his coaching and training.
Prior to joining Templar, Stuart spent seven years at LifeHikes / Own The Room, where he led a global team of coaches developing and delivering new and custom learning solutions at scale for major companies across all industries, including financial services.
Stuart graduated from Colby College in Maine, has lived in Spain and England, and now lives with his family in New York City – the perfect place to indulge his love of parks, plant-based cuisine, and the Spanish language.
